The purpose of the website is to process the registrations for participation in tests at the athletics meetings organized by the club (hereinafter "meeting").
Everywhere else indicated, prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes. All fixed costs and services at the expense of the buyer are included in the price, which will be made known to the buyer before proceeding to order.
The price for participating in a single event is € 6.00.
All payments are handled by Mollie.com. Upon purchase you will be redirected to the official Mollie.com website for secure payments.
After receipt of your payment by Mollie.com, you will receive a confirmation email.
The subscriber is responsible for entering a correct email address, and checking that the emails coming from "firstname.lastname@example.org" are not blocked by spam filters. Failing this, the orderer cannot turn to the club in order to obtain a refund.
On the day of the meeting you have to register at least 40 before the start of the event, on request you can be asked for your proof of registration/payment.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
Changes in the schedule will not give rise to any refund of the registration fee for the event in question.
Only in the event of a complete cancellation of the meeting, all registration fees received will be refunded by the club.
There is no right of withdrawal and as a consumer you do not have the right to withdraw from the purchase. Although article VI.47 of the Economic Law Code provides for a period of 14 calendar days within which the consumer can withdraw from the contract, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded via this website on the basis of article VI.53,12° of the Economic Law Code.
The legal relationship between the club and the entrants is governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts and tribunals.
